WASNJ｜Mrs. Charlotte Allen Appointed Deputy Head Academic
We are delighted to officially announce that Charlotte Allen, a highly esteemed educator from the UK’s top independent schools, will join Wycombe Abbey School Nanjing as Deputy Head (Academic) in August this year.
Charlotte arrived in Nanjing on Monday evening, flying in from the UK to meet the full staff team for the first time and begin the transition into her new role.
Her appointment represents a significant step forward in our commitment to raising academic standards, strengthening academic leadership, and ensuring the highest fidelity in the delivery of our curriculum model.
Charlotte Allen brings over 23 years of experience in secondary education and school leadership. She has served in senior academic roles at several leading UK independent and boarding schools. Most recently, she held a senior leadership position at Sherborne School. In this prestigious historic full-boarding school, she was responsible for academic strategy and student progress.
